GAD - Génération Automatisée de Documents

Introduction

Génération Automatisée de Documents (GAD) is web-based system to help generating documents. It combines data from corporate databases and ad hoc data entered by the user to ease and fasten documents creation. All generated documents are kept in a database from where they can be searched and modified. Application provides also administration tools to manage documents settings and users privileges.

Access

The tool is currently used by Finance Division. If you need access to it please contact Carmelo Saitta.

Support

First line support is provided by Carmelo Saitta: access, documents layout, error in data retrieval.

Any other technical problem (error message, login problems, performance etc,) is looked after by AIS SUPPORT.
